Hey, I'm Alex! I'm a product designer with experience at Alipay and NASA. I'm particularly interested in startups in the fintech space. I'm excited to find opportunities on Pangea.<br><br>I took a gap year before attending college, and moved to Shanghai, China to work as a designer and business analyst at a multinational manufacturing and trading company. There, I immersed myself in the Chinese tech scene. The following summer, I interned at Alipay (Ant Group) as a frontend developer and product designer working on the internal FX trading platform, which trades $1 billion+ daily.<br><br>I have since gone back to intern at Alipay multiple times, and have done product design work for DSSD, a W&M data science research lab. I have also done design contracting work for an emerging crypto investment fund, a YC startup, and have designed multiple projects seen on my portfolio website.
