I am a social entrepreneur who has built educational non-profits and businesses which are aimed towards educational equity and love of learning for the past 3 years. I am currently scaling Education For All Foundation (EFA).<br><br>My entrepreneurial background means that I understand the difficulty and intensity required to create a startup so I will not hesitate to take on more work. I will identify and take action on opportunities and problems wherever I go, while ensuring the people I'm working with are able to focus on their own responsibilities.<br><br>As a freelancer, I believe simply completing my job is far from adequate - I will go far above and beyond what is expected of me in order to make change that would not have existed without me. Thus, I am looking to take on significant responsibility in a startup while working with key decision-makers (C-suite, department leaders, etc.). Only then can I help ideate the company's purpose and create significant contributions based on my understanding. <br><br>My skill set is varied, but with a focus on people (leadership/management, consumer preferences, etc.). However, I will rigorously learn anything required that will help me further advance the company mission. If necessary, I am more than willing to do things no one else is willing to do in order to set up more efficient systems in the future.
