I am a rising junior undergraduate student at Syracuse University majoring in public relations and minoring in marketing. My passions are deeply rooted in hopes of creating a more inclusive and diverse media in the Entertainment Business. Starting as a Public Communications major in my first year of college, I soon switched to public relations. I have always dreamed of being involved in the Entertainment Business. As a young Mexican-American girl from the Bronx, I thought my media role would be as an actress. Today, my mission in the media is to debunk stereotypes, encourage historically marginalized groups to pursue careers and passions they may feel discouraged in pursuing. I plan to be a representative of those who are similar to me and I am more than ecstatic to be a voice for those who may not have the opportunity to do so!
