Jose Mando is a Mexican-American architectural designer turned UX designer from Oak Cliff in Dallas, Texas. His years of experience in architecture have helped develop a unique perspective of how a user interacts with a product both physically and visually. His work is very diverse, ranging from conventional architectural drafting to visually abstract compositions in both UX and architecture. He has been working in the field of architecture since 2015 and is currently in the transition from architecture to UX design. He studied at Texas Tech University where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Architecture and is currently in the process of completing his Master's of Architecture at Rhode Island School of Design. He also holds an architectural designer position at one of the best hospitality design firms in North Texas, Coeval Studio. Jose Mando creates both architecture and UX visuals that bring life to designs in a way that traditional renders do not. He isn't afraid to go beyond the conventional ideas of architecture and UX and strives to make visuals exciting to the eye.
