✨ Hi, I’m Katie, a UX Researcher with an educational background in Psychology. I'm looking for roles in UX Research, UX Design, Content Strategy, and Community Management. <br><br>I utilize a deep understanding of human factors psychology and user interface design standards to conduct user-focused research to support impactful design decisions. <br><br>📊 I am currently working towards my Master's degree in UX Design from Maryland Institute College of Art. I have studied UX Research, Design, Prototyping, and Human Factors in graduate-level classes. <br><br>📚 My education in Psychology from San Jose State University gives me an insight and understanding that translates into my perception of team members, users, and stakeholder needs. Relationship-building is a core tenant to my success in my experience managing teams and advocating for user research and strategy. <br><br>🌿 I actively seek leadership opportunities. I founded the UX/UI Association at SJSU- a community that has grown to 450 + members within 2 years.
