Future UX designer fascinated by human connection, passionate about crafting innovative and inclusive user experiences, and eager to tackle new challenges.<br><br>I’m a recent grad who studied Communication, Professional Writing, and Technology Management at the University of California, Santa Barbara. My experiences as UX Design Lead, Designer, Project Manager, Senior Layout Editor, and Lead Research Assistant have taught me how to:<br><br>🤝 Collaborate - not just within teams, but across teams. As always, communication is key.<br><br>📢 Lead - my amazing Project Team and UX Design Team through the UX design process, the layout team through navigating weekly in-person print nights, and my fellow research assistants through literature reviews and collaborative open coding.<br><br>❤️ Empathize - with customers, users, and my teammates. I’m a big believer in listening first, speaking last.<br><br>I’m confident in using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, and I’m currently refining my research and programming skills through personal projects.
