Our Pangeans are best suited for remote projects in the areas of digital marketing, social media management, content creation, graphic design, web development, writing, research, and user testing to name a few. Many Pangeans are well versed in more than one of these areas, so you’ll get plenty of bang for your buck.

There are many things that set us apart from Upwork & Fiverr besides focusing exclusively on college talent. Through Pangea, you can conduct interviews, go about your business as you please, and connect with young, hungry, passionate freelancers located in North America.

To join Pangea, all students must have a valid .edu or .ca email address. Pangeans who are accepted into our Emerging Talent Program are vetted beforehand and complete a series of workshops we host to accelerate their careers as professional freelancers.

No! We want to make working with emerging talent as easy as possible for companies of all sizes as well as ensure talent is fairly compensated for their time and efforts. With this mission in mind, the only cost is what you’re paying your Pangean, plus a 5% processing fee on each transaction.

While you’re welcome to have Pangeans sign additional paperwork like an NDA or TOU, all payments must be processed through the platform. If you find a Pangean that you’d like to hire full-time and payroll yourself, you can do so for a one-time off boarding fee. That being said, our payment gateway makes it easy to create simple contracts, view invoices, and make payments, plus we handle all the 1099’s so you don’t have to.
